Once in spring and autumn, Assmannshausen presents itself thematically around herbs, red wine, and nature. A varied walk through forests and vineyards with breathtaking views of the Assmannshausen Höllenberg and the Rhine Valley will introduce you to the famous Pinot Noir and the diversity of wild herbs. Depending on the weather, a fresh, regional four-course menu with corresponding wines (0.1l) is offered in the vineyards and at the state winery.
