Our traditional wine tavern includes cosy wine taverns, the sunny winter garden and the romantic castle garden. Numerous guests from Rüdesheim and all over the world meet here for cheerful celebrations, cosy summer evenings and stimulating wine conversations. Enjoy this special atmosphere alone, as a couple, with your family, friends, company or club. The cheerful castle team serves regional and in-house specialities Riesling and Pinot Noir from the GEORG BREUER winery and Rheingau winegrowers. Our head chef Michael Hemberger favours fresh products and suppliers from the region. The season influences our monthly changing menu. Our guests' favourite dishes include the “Hessian tapas”, the Riesling cheese soup and the castle duck. The music plays here. Every day from Easter to Christmas, Viktor plays the piano for you at lunchtime. Our castle quartet entertains you in the evening. This popular band plays the piano, saxophone, clarinet and violin. Their large repertoire of evergreens, hits, popular favourites, pop songs and oldies invites you to listen, sing along and dance. At weekends, our small salon orchestra will spoil you at lunchtime with melodies to make you dream. That's real cosiness for us.
