We also invite you to take a look at our historic cellar vaults. In addition to wines and sparkling wines from our own vineyards, we also offer other specialties.
Founded in 1880, the Georg Breuer winery has been owned by the Breuer family since the beginning of the last century and is located in the heart of Rüdesheim. From the early 1980s onwards, the winery gained international recognition thanks to the vision and work of Bernhard Breuer. Today, it is run by his daughter Theresa Breuer with the support of long-time operations manager Hermann Schmoranz and cellar master Markus Lundén: We cultivate 38 ha of vineyards in Rüdesheim (26 ha), Rauenthal (6 ha) and Lorch (6 ha) in the Rheingau, of which around 55% are on steep slopes. Grape varieties: 85% Riesling, 10% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Gris, Orleans, Heunisch and Pinot Blanc. The vineyards are cultivated organically and in the cellar, tradition combined with precision is paramount in order to bring the purest fingerprint of the individual vineyards to the fore. Our own taste for wine allows us to pursue the goal of producing top dry wines from special Rheingau sites with every vintage... you can taste our treasures in our vinotheque and immerse yourself in the world of Rüdesheim wines with us!
