Winemaking has been a tradition in the Prasser family for ages.
In recent history, our father Johannes Prasser was the last professional winemaker after our grandfather Phillip Prasser.
After over fifty years of work, he has handed over the tasks of our small family business to us siblings.
We four siblings (Karoline, Herbert, Andreas, and Thomas) decided to learn different professions.
However, we have learned the tasks of the winemaker from our father since childhood.
In the spirit of our father and grandfather, we are now continuing the winery in the third generation.
