New at the valley station: Elevators for ascending: You need to overcome 2 steps to reach the forecourt. Our mountain station, on the other hand, can be accessed barrier-free; parking available at the Niederwalddenkmal (Please register so that the parking space can be reserved).

Is it possible to travel with a wheelchair or walker? Each of our cabins is suitable for normal-width wheelchairs and walkers. Unfortunately, electric wheelchairs cannot be transported.
Can prams be taken along? The transport of prams is possible. Larger prams must be folded up. The transport of children under 5 years and prams is free of charge.
Can dogs be taken? Taking dogs of all breeds and sizes with you is no problem and free of charge.
Can bicycles be taken along? Unfortunately, bicycles cannot be transported on the cable car. Please deposit the bikes in the designated parking spaces in Rüdesheim.
Does the cable car run in all weathers? In the event of strong winds or thunderstorms, operations will be temporarily suspended for your safety.
How many people can ride in each cabin? Each cabin accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. The transport of prams of all types and sizes is not a problem, you only have to manage the stairs.
Is a reservation in advance necessary? Even if you come with a larger group, no reservation is necessary.
Is there a parking lot for coaches near the cable car station? There is a large parking lot for coaches approx. 200 m from the valley station and 50 m from the mountain station.
